Welcome to my website. I am an Associate Professor at Santa Clara University School of Law. I am also Director of the High Tech Law Institute.

Previously, I was an Assistant Professor at Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, WI. Before that, I was General Counsel of Epinions, Inc. in Brisbane, CA and, before that, a technology transactions and Internet lawyer at Cooley Godward LLP in Palo Alto, CA.
